1.      Policy basis: Adopt the "OECD Guidelines for Due Diligence in Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas".

2.      Risk Management: Covers areas such as human rights, support from armed groups, bribery and corruption, money laundering, occupational health and safety, etc. For instance, suppliers are not allowed to be involved in any form of modern slavery; support is prohibited for illegal armed groups or public or private security forces that engage in illegal taxation or extortion; and the occupational health and safety environment of suppliers is subject to irregular audits.

3.      Cooperation Termination: If any relevant risks are identified with the supplier, the cooperation will be immediately suspended or terminated.
